ITV Hub will not load after adverts why???

How do I watch ITV Hub. Help please. I see loads of other people have same problem but there is no solution given

I presume you have, or have had, a terrestrial aerial connected, and you have tuned in ITV on channel 3 (and not got STV instead)? If not, you need to do this first.

But if this how things are already, then try going back through Setup, and accepting all the Sony T&Cs individually, not the blanket acceptance at the bottom.

There seems to be a bug here that if you only choose the blanket acceptance, this isn’t registered, and so cuts you off from the YouView players.

Or at least the programmes they show - it’s noteworthy that they will never miss a chance to show you an advert.

Update

This is now sorted by my contacting the Sony Support contact number and the very helpful person, accessed my TV remotely. Mohamed was able to assist a factory re-set followed by a software upgrade and all is now fine I can get ITV Hub at last > Brilliant
