Hello, I have a KDL 37EX521 tv. I downloaded the new internet version on usb, but the tv does not start the update. By internet cable, impossible. I reset to factory program, put the main dns in 4222 or 8888, still nothing. And yet the internet connection is connected to the TV, but the TV does not play internet video.
Do you have a solution.

Unfortunately your tv is too old and outdated, mostly none of the services that were available at the time are still valid starting with youtube

I'm sorry, but you may update your tv by simply buying an external device such as a firestick or a roku one for few pounds
