I have had my OLED Bravia 4 k for 4 months now.

at first it was great, but after the latest update the sound is terrible. So much so you cannot watch a lot of programmes and movies even via Netflix. It is the voices which are so low and muffled even if I turn the sound up to 50/60. So just do not watch. I have attached a sound bar, but still same rubbish comes out of that. Sony just told me to play around with settings which I have done many times along with a full factory reset. No difference. It is definitely something to do with the software update. But now told there is nothing Sony can do. This is the second Bravia I bought , the first had the same issue. Stupid me for trusting them again. My 19 inch Samsung has better quality sound. Any advise please

Sorry but I feel too that you are doing something wrong since you have the same results in two different tv even if the sony acoustic surface is claimed as one of the best in the market...
