Cant switch Picture ON

Hi Everyone l do hope your all keeping safe and sane during these very testing times?

I have an issue....

I have just signed on to Disney+ and was trying to find out l could get the app or a sign in on my SONY TV without having to go through the onboard internet app.

Well for some strange reason l selected the Action Menu tab on the remote and before l knew l had switched the picture to OFF. I dont know why... Can anyone offer some help into how l now unclick it and switch the picture mode to on?
