Error message: Programs are not stores TV KDL-32WE615

I ran Network Setup few times and I always get Network setup is complete and the TV has successfully connect to: - Wireless device on TV found and both Local access and Internet access are OK.

Unfortunately, I get the error message: Programs are not stored.

Does anyone has some ideas how to solve this issue.

The Sony TV is just super technology. The error shows programs are not stored was 100% accurate as I did not press YOUTUBE!!!!
