Sony KD-55AF9 TV Setting items HELP

Can someone who has AF9 please check these settings for me on his TV:

1- I cannot find the setting for Headphone audio volume: Fix / Variable

2- when I open

Home Screen > Settings > Sound > Sound (adjust to experience the different sound effects)

The TV switches to the Mbox HDMI input (the input normally accessed by remote button TV)

and open Action Menu > Sound

is this normal behavior? and why?

3- Model: KD-55AF9

Software Version: PKG6.0744.0084EUA

Location: Germany

is this the latest software you have too?

Checking for update says I have latest ones,

Hi @khaeid2

The headphone/audio out should be the same for all Android TVs.

Home -> Settings -> Sound -> Headphone/Audio out -> Audio out (Fixed or Variable).

According to the support page (UK) you are on the latest software.

I do not have

Headphone/Audio out

in my settings, not under Home -> Settings -> Sound nor anywhere
