I have a KD55-XE9005, I’ve just received Some WH1000XM3 the headphones work perfectly with my iPhone XS but the TV cannot find them when initiating Bluetooth pairing, I have tried my HK studio 4 and this connects to the tv no problem, any ideas.

so I’ve just updated TV firmware and all is good headphones now working.

Hi @skunkie01 Are you sure that you are putting the WH1000XM3 in pairing mode. I have the WF-1000XM3’s and they work perfectly with my KD-55XE9305.

Yes I get the voice prompt saying it’s pairing, but they don’t show up on the tv.
