Can anyone help me pls !!!!

Sony logo stays on i can do anything
Try force factory reset unplug tv hold power and minus volume button together...when the green light comes i led go
After 2 hours im waiting nothing happens
Any ideas????

Same issue, but stuck on Android 4 Circles.

Firmware has completely bricked your tv and likely damaged your mainboard. Sony dont care.. in warranty? might get some joy but ultimately Sony will not help.

Their problem, your cost.
