    <description>&lt;P&gt;I replay to my own message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As often before, a factory reset solved the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, there is a bug somewhere but I am happy now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My TV is a&amp;nbsp;KD-65XF9005 from summer 2018.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the summer of 2018, I have enjoyed movies in full Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos via Netflix on my Apple TV 4K.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the latest automatic upgrade of the TV's embedded software to 6.6520, a few days ago, the screen turns green as soon as I start any material sent in Dolby Vision.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony just have to fix this immediately! It is quite obvious that it is this upgrade that has changed something vital and destroyed the possibility of seeing Dolby Vision.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the mean time I want to downgrade to the previous version, how do I do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
