XF90 can't turn on intermittently

My Sony XF90 can't be turned on from time to time using either remote or the power button on the back of the TV, this happens to me around 4 - 5 times already since May.

After I unplug the power for about 5 sec, then it can be turned on fine.

This is very annoying and have to unplug it everytime when it happens.

Something wrong with my TV hardware? or software?

I have already reset my TV after updating to the Oreo firmware
