Update causes TV to hang

Updated TV yesterday, now the TV sticks, or hangs on TV channel, any channel. Does not respond to RC. Have to turn off at mains to restart. Any way of rolling back to before update?

Only got the TV 4 days ago. Experienced such hanging at least once every day. The light in the bottom of tv flashes for remote control buttons, but does not do anything for the RC power button (regardless of how long you press it for). Only fix is to kill the mains power which is quite a major inconvenience

So I'm not alone. It's not as if the TV is a quick starter as well. Very annoying. Come on Samsung, solve this.

Actually, that probably wouldn’t be such a bad idea..... 😉
