A8F OLED Not Turning On

I have an intermittent problem with my Sony A8F. When I go to turn the TV on, nothing happens. I have to turn the power off /on at the wall, before waiting a few seconds before I press the remote ON button for the TV to start up. This is now happening once if not twice a week. I have a SKY Q Ultra and Apple TV connected via HDMI. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Update, did a factory reset Saturday morning and it's been working fine until tonight. Did a check and I can see that all software is up to date. This must be a software issue?

Hi TudRich,

If a factory reset fixed it, it's probably just a software glitch so you've got nothing to worry about.

No, its didn't fix it. Still having the same thing happening.
