Has Oreo broken DNS option ?

Have just updated to Oreo on my 65A1 and now the smart DNS ip I use no longer works , I have reset the TV and reinput my static IP but it almost looks like its ignoring the DNS as the iptv channels still seem to be geo locked , has something changed ?

Hi , I fixed this problem by turning off the IPv6 option on my router , I do not know what was changed in the update to make this necessary .

Thanks for getting back and reporting your workaround. We appreciate it since it helps many other community members in situations just like yourself.

Now that you have disabled IPv6 on your router, can you please also report back if you receive an "Ethernet is not connected" pop-up message on the top right corner of your screen at random times?

Hi dutchice , no have not had any pop- ups , the only difference is there is a little buffering at the beginning of some streams .
