AV 2 input grayed out (KD 49XD8077)

From the home page under "Inputs" ( Ingressi in the italian version) the AV 2 port is grayed out and if I click on it nothing happens. The same if you click on the DIGITAL/ANALOG button on the remote control, the item AV 2 is skipped.

Thanks for replying but it does not tell me why the second av receiver does not work. If the port is there why can't I use it?

I just found the solution here: https://community.sony.com/t5/Television-Apps-Widgets/I-can-t-get-AV-input-2-to-accept-a-signal-AV-input-1-works-fine/td-p/223477.

Actually nothing was connected as for the other inputs, but only AV2 was greyed out

Hi, that page is now unavailable. I have the same problem with an 8305. Can you give a description of the solution assuming there is one.
