    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seens to be a recuring issue and im not impressed .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TV is less than a week old and on first test of a film in low light i noticed cloudy patches on the upper left and right hand side also two strands of light beeming up from the lower left hand side which is irritating to the point i dont use the TV now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have the tv insured by knowhow through P.C World. so do i go through them or Sony by warranty ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If its warranty issue - you go through the retailer you purchased it from.&amp;nbsp; As its less than a week old, I would request an exchange. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.it/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I seem to have a similar problem but it's not during dark scenes, it's when a solid colour is displayed, mainly red, green or yellow. For me I have a light patch in the top left hand corner but it's not there when displaying black.
