Shut down

My VAIO keeps shutting down at regular intervals and starting up again straight away but I lose anything I was doing, can any one tell me why?:smileycry:

Do you get any message before this happens?
Done a virus scan lately?

Hi - I had the same problem about 5 months ago - it was a nasty worm going around (It's a while back now but I think it might have been the blaster worm )

You definately need to do a virus check.....
