ddr2 667MHz on my fe21m

Hi people.I've got a problem. I've replaced the original 2x512mb infineon pc2-533Mhz with a new pair of corsair ddr2- pc2-667MHz 2x1gb.Everithing works fine exept the memory bus is still at 266(533Mhz). All the tool I've tried (cpuz,sandra,everest) say the same thing:my module are 200mhz, 266mhz and 333mhz (ddr) capable, but the current speed is 266mhz. The CPU is running normally at 667MHz FSB.
I've tried to install the intel945pm chipset new driver, updated the firmware and all the drivers with no result. The new RAM is working very fine but at 533. May someone help me, please?

It is works like on my TX, it may just be your performance setting in Vaio Control Center. Open Vaio Control center, expand power management, click performance and check memory bus 667MHZ if not selected

thanks, I've tried in power optimization, it's already setted on peformance, but no "memory" option is available or shown...I',ve also tried to switch off al powersaving options....
